Fundamentals are a series of classes that are designed to teach you the basics of CrossFit. During the classes you will receive a comprehensive understanding of the CrossFit training program and the exercise movements involved; such as weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio.

These classes are mandatory for beginners, to ensure your safety before joining in group classes.
