What Are CrossFit Fundamentals?
CrossFit Fundamentals are a series of introductory sessions designed to teach you the foundational movements and techniques used in CrossFit.
These include core elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardiovascular conditioning. You'll receive a solid understanding of the CrossFit methodology, with a strong focus on proper form, safety, and scalability.
The program consists of four one-on-one sessions, each lasting one hour with a dedicated coach. In each session, you'll typically learn 2 to 3 key movements, which are then applied in a tailored workout to help reinforce proper technique and build confidence.
These sessions are mandatory for beginners before joining our regular group classes, ensuring you're fully prepared for a safe and effective training experience.
