level 1 CROSSFIT trainer
I have always lived an active lifestyle and as far back as I can remember sports and exercise have been a part of my daily life. In the early 90s, you could find me at the local gym hitting up all the step classes and running in all the local races. After high school and through college my love for running took precedence. Any free time I had, you could find my pounding the pavement all over Mansfield and Arlington. That love affair went on for years until boredom crept in. I spent the next several years bouncing around from one type of workout to the next. While I was content, I never really felt like I found something that I loved. That was until I walked into a CrossFit gym for the first time in 2012. I knew this is what I was looking for and I have enjoyed it ever day since. After seeing the impact that CrossFit made on my life, I decided to earn my CrossFit Level 1 Certification, and I have enjoyed coaching since then. I want everyone to experience not only the physical benefits of CrossFit, but the emotional ones as well. My goal as a coach is for every single person to walk out of a class feeling confident and empowered to take on the world.
In my free time you can find my husband and I on the golf course, tennis courts or gymnastics competition obnoxiously cheering on our 3 kids.
