Trish is a strong advocate for an active lifestyle and believes exercise benefits not only the body, but the brain. In addition to her role as a Level 2 CrossFit Trainer she is a practicing Mental Health Therapist.
As an experienced CrossFit trainer, Trish brings enthusiasm and encouragement. No matter your fitness level, she will meet you where you're at and support you throughout your journey. She has an excellent eye for safe movement and proper form. She is passionate about all things fitness and nutrition. She believes "Hard work and consistent effort builds belief that you are capable. Trish is currently in process of completing the WAG Nutrition Coaches Certification.
